    Start your day off right with Red’s Grill

    In addition to the lunch items, Nancy and I recently finished the nutritional analysis on our breakfast items!  Here is a list of our 500 calories or less breakfast menu to help you get your day started off right!  If you haven’t notice, above the coolers is a 500 calorie menu list of our cold items, and look for a new grill menu to be posted soon with all the updated lunch and breakfast items!  Happy eating, and please feel free to let me know of any questions you may have.

    Under 500 Calories:

    1. Red’s Biscuits
    2. Egg and Cheese Wrap
    3. Ham and Cheese Bagel
    4. Turkey and Cheese Bagel

    Under 400 Calories:

    1. Egg Bagel
    2. Egg Wrap
    3. Scrambled Eggs and slice of Toast (real egg)
    4. Ham and Cheese Omelet
    5. Turkey and Cheese Omelet
    6. Bowl of Oatmeal (18 ounces)

    Under 300 Calories:

    1. 1 Whole Wheat Pancake
    2. 1 Whole Wheat Pancake with Fruit
    3. Whole Wheat Bagel
    4. Side of Whole Wheat Toast (2)
    5. Side of 12 Grain Bread (2)
    6. Breakfast Platter
    7. Cheese Omelet
    8. Side of Oatmeal (12 ounces)
    9. Bowl of Grits (18 ounces)

    Under 200 Calories:

    1. Side of Ham
    2. Side of Turkey
    3. Side of Sourdough Bread (2)
    4. Scrambled Eggs and slice of Toast (egg sub)
    5. Side of Grits (12 ounces)
