“Stretch” A 55 minute class consisting of stretching the body from head to toe. Class includes balance, breathing and core work. We strongly recommend that you spend a minimum of 15 minutes doing some cardio prior to class to provide maximum stretching warm muscles in a safe state. Barefoot recommended.

“Restorative Yoga” This 55 minute class is the perfect class to help relieve stress and fatigue. Longer, deeper, and fully supported holds are common in this class, which allow the muscles to open more deeply. This class will renew your energy and bring deep relaxation.

“Yoga” A vigorous and challenging practice, utilizing breath and movement within a dynamic flow. Open to all levels.

“Mobility Flow” Yoga with a slight variation of movements and activation that create more mobility. Open to all levels.

“Yin Yoga” This is a practice of holding the poses longer to help increase circulation and improve flexibility with deep tissue stretching. No prior yoga experience required.

“Power Yoga” A stronger and faster paced class designed to focus on the breath and its relationship to the pose. This class not only focuses on your alignment, but also the fluidity from one pose to the next. Inversion and arm balances can be included in this class. Yoga experience required to attend this class.

“Yoga INT/ADV” Similar to the Yoga class, but taught at a faster pace for longer. Designed for intermediate to advanced participants looking for a little bit more. (Experience required) Class is 90 minutes.
